Products must be un-opened in their original packaging to be accepted for return. If we elect to accept the return of an opened product (which we may decline at our sole discretion), such opened products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Return packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
Refunds are equivalent to the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
