28 Jan Moss Heart Topiaries
Valentine’s Day décor doesn’t always have to be pink and sparkly to feel special. Inspired by nature, this week’s Dollar Tree DIY leans into soft textures and rustic charm with the sweetest moss heart topiaries.
With earthy greens, cozy details, and a touch of Valentine flair, these heart-shaped accents bring a fresh, warm look to shelves, tables, and mantels. Made in different sizes and heights, they create a lovely little collection that feels both handmade and effortlessly beautiful.
Ready to give it a try?
You’ll need…
- Glue small bits of moss all the way around the outer edge of your wicker heart.
- Attach a small wood bead to the end of a little dowel with hot glue and then glue the bead to the bottom of the moss heart.
- Tuck a piece of floral foam into a clay pot and “plant” the other end of the dowel into the foam.
- Spread glue over the top of the foam and cover it with moss.
- Make a cute bow from a Valentine’s ribbon and attach it to the base of the heart.
They’re sweet without being over-the-top, making them easy to keep on display well past Valentine’s Day. In the heart of winter, they offer a simple way to bring the beauty of nature inside and brighten your space with a fresh, cozy feel.
