24 Feb Irish Wood Bead Wreath
St. Patrick’s Day is around the corner and like all pet parents, we’re feeling oh-so lucky to have (and have had) darling doggos by our side. And this gorgeous, yet super-simple, Irish Wood Bead Wreath is the perfect way to show the world how fur-tunate we are.
You’ll need…
White wood bead wreath hoop (10 inch)
Wood shamrock (5 inch)
Wooden paw print (1 inch)
Green wired paw print ribbon (1.5 inch)
Paintbrush
Hot whiteglue gun and sticks
Scissors
Jute string (optional)
Step 1
Paint the wood paw print with white paint and wipe off any excess to allow the grain of the wood to show through. This will give it a whitewash effect. Use hot glue to adhere it onto the center of the wood shamrock.
Step 2
Cut a long strip of ribbon about 10 -12 inches in length, fold in half, and glue it to your favorite spot on the wreath hoop. 😉 Then cut another ribbon tail and glue it on top.
Step 3
Apply hot glue to secure the wood shamrock to the top of the ribbon. Cut off any excess ribbon, add a jute string hanger, and this little beauty is done!
Give your house a lucky and luxurious touch with this festive dog-lovers wreath! You — and your dog-loving friends — will be charmed by this special wreath that will help you celebrate the holiday all March long.
